Romania
*When the consignee or notificator is NVOCC or Freight Forwarder, "AS FREIGHT FORWARDER" or "FFWD" should be added before the name of the company.
*The consignee of the bill of lading must be consistent with the booking information. If it is to The information of the notifying party of the bill of lading must be consistent with the booking information;
Egypt
*Egyptian Customs once again reiterates that all shipments to Egypt must provide the following three pieces of information through the SI 48 hours before the ship arrives at the port of departure to ensure that the cargo can be declared successfully.
Failure to submit within the stipulated time will not be arranged on board;

※ Egyptian Importer Tax Registration Number
※ Cargo information pre-declaration Number ACID Number
*If the shipment is for personal goods, the shipper Passport Number can be regarded as the Shipper Identification Number. The Consignee Passport Number is taken as the Egyptian Importer Tax Registration Number;
*Only if the container type is FLATRACK, NO SEAL can be displayed on the bill of lading. For other types of containers, complete and accurate seal numbers must be provided and displayed on the bill of lading.
Mexico
*A local company or individual in Mexico must provide a ZIP code and one of the following four items and show it on the bill of lading:
※ Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC)
※ Tax Identification Number (TIN)
※ Value Added Tax (VAT)
※ TAX ID
*The consignor, consignee and notifiers must provide the full company name and address and show it on the bill of lading.
*If it is to order bill of lading, the consignee will not accept the display "To the order" / " To the order of xxx" "Only accepts display format". To order" / " To order of xxx " .
*The following packing units are not accepted:
Pallet (limited to Milk/Milk Derivatives/Balanced food for cats and dogs/Additives And supplements for animal consumption/Viscera/Offal these commodity use);
Box Pallet; Pallet Box; Paper Pallet; IBC; Container; Poly Container; Steel Container; Wire Container; Wooden Container; Plastic Film Bag; Plastic Bag; Skid; Bundle; Loose
Only the four container types of "20FL", "40FL", "40FQ" and "40SR" can accept the unsealed number and please display "NO SEAL". For other types of containers, the complete and accurate seal number must be provided and displayed on the bill of lading.
Saudi Arabia
*The consignee and notifiers of the bill of lading shall show the complete company name, address, contact telephone number and email address; * Individuals are only allowed to import two cars a year, and the age of the car cannot exceed 5 years;
*If the goods are Archeological cars(age 30 years old and over), need to provide import license information in advance;
*One bill of lading does not accept full box and partial box at the same time (partial box means one box for multiple bills of lading);
*Dangerous goods do not accept FCL-LCL or LCL-LCL;
*For dangerous goods to Dammam, the following clauses cannot be shown on the Bill of lading, a) Cargo move to Dammam Bonded Free Zone b) Free Zone c) Move to DBFZ;
*Transshipment from Saudi Arabia to other countries is not accepted, therefore the consignee cannot be a company in another country, and there must be no relevant transshipment clause in the description of the goods;
In recent years, the import customs of various countries have required the HS Code to be displayed in the bill of lading information of imported goods.

*Attention (Vietnam):
1, all through Cai Mep Port, Cat Lai Port & SP ITC transshipment and transhipment of goods must provide at least 6 digits HS CODE, and shown on the bill of lading;
If multiple goods are mixed and different HS codes are involved, please send cargo information separately according to HS codes;
2. All goods transported by truck and barge at the import end must provide at least 4-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading;
If multiple goods are mixed and different HS codes are involved, please send cargo information separately according to HS codes;
3. Scrap, garbage and various similar goods imported to Vietnam must provide 8-digit HS CODE and show it on the bill of lading;
If multiple goods are mixed and different HS codes are involved, please send cargo information separately according to HS codes.
